Make Solitude Your Strength!
Dear Lovely, 🌺
I love going on a date with myself.
Every day.
For at least 30 minutes.
No phone. No television. No people.
Just me and myself.
I would bring myself to the yoga mat and practice yoga. I would read a book on the balcony, surrounded by green plants. I would make something new and delicious in the kitchen. I would craft something, play with essential oils, meditate, or transform the bedroom into a spa salon… You name it.
I disconnect from the (world’s) noise and reconnect with myself.
“But I don’t have time for this!” – You will say.
I know life is kind of crazy busy nowadays, but it is important to make time for ourselves.
(Correction: It is NECESSARY so that we keep our sanity intact.)
Spending time alone is the best relaxation we can give ourselves.
When I am completely by myself, I own the space I am in.
I switch off my brain for the outside world and have a conversation with myself.
I seek inspiration and enhance my creativity.
I nurture my soul and bring inner peace.
I clear my mind and become more focused.
I find balance and restore my energy.
I reconnect and learn more about myself.
I show love and improve my relationships with others.
I return to the world as my absolute best!
Today I encourage you, Lovely, to be a bit selfish and allow yourself to have a little You time. Alone.
